Gardening with the Family Farmer’s Market Program July 2024

Gardening is more than just planting seeds and waiting for them to grow; it’s an enriching experience that can bring families closer together. With the right approach, gardening can become a cherished family tradition that fosters teamwork, patience, and a love for nature.  

This month we hosted Gardening event for the Family Farmers’ Market Program where participants along with their little ones got introduced to the Gordon House’s community garden, learned a few gardening tips, and built new connections with other families. 

Here’s to cultivating not just our gardens but also our friendships and collective spirit. Special thank you to our Garden program leader Deanna for facilitating this special event!
