At Gordon Neighbourhood House, we’re committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone. To support this commitment, we’ve introduced a new complaint process designed to ensure greater equity, transparency, and fairness. Whether you’re a program participant, volunteer, staff member, or community partner, this process offers a clear and safe way to voice concerns, be heard, and work toward resolution together.

As part of this initiative, we’ve also developed a Participant Rights and Responsibilities Charter, a Feedback Form, and a Complaint Process to support open communication and accountability. We always welcome feedback—big or small.
